HISTORY
We formed Mario's Catering from Mario's Meat Market. In 1961 Mario, my father started a meat market and Italian deli in Elkhart Indiana . In 1987 he retired and left me, Lynda our family business. Slowly the catering became our prime focus. So in 1991 I closed our retail meat market and concentrated solely on the catering. We have gone from doing 1 or 2 corporate luncheons a week to upwards of 30 per week.
MISSION STATEMENT
Mario's Catering Incorporated strives to deliver the best quality food and service possible. We pride ourselves on our quality and commitment to our customers. Our corporate motto is “Don't send anything to a client that you wouldn't eat yourself.”
