| Assorted Sandwiches: We offer Roast Beef, Turkey Breast, Baked Ham, Tuna, Egg Salad and Chicken Salad. Whole Wheat, White and Rye Bread. Croissants (.45 extra), Lo-Carb Wraps (.50 extra), Subs (.60 extra), Kaisers (.25 extra) are available. We can do pitas if we have at least 36 hours notice (.40 extra). We put leaf lettuce on all sandwiches. Condiment packets are sent. Cheese is available on request (.40 extra). Our subs have lettuce, tomato and two kinds of cheese on them. | |
| BBQ Beef: We use sirloin tip and a secret BBQ sauce for this hit. We send with home-made Kaisers and a cheese slice tray. | |
| BBQ Chicken or Pork: We use all breast or chicken and white port for our BBQ. Great with our home-made Kaiser and comes with sliced Colby cheese. | |
| Soup & Sandwich: Available with either a half or whole sandwich (1.50 extra). We make a variety of home-made soups. Chicken Vegetable is a big hit! Call for different soups we can prepare. | |
| Beef Stew & Biscuits: We make a hearty 5-hour beef stew and send with two buttermilk biscuits per person. | |
| Baked Mostaccioli: Our own home-made spaghetti sauce, mostacciolli pasta, seasoned beef and lots of mozzarella cheese. | |
| Lasagna: We make this from the beginning with our sauce, beef, ricotta cheese, Romano cheese and mozzarella. | |
| Lasagna Roll-Ups: We stuff Lasagna noodles with broccoli, ricotta cheese, tomato and chicken. Made with red sauce or creamy chicken sauce. | |
| Stuffed Shells: Cheese shells with sauce and mozzarella cheese. Can add tiny meatballs for an additional charge of 1.25 per person. 5 meatballs per person. | |
| Johnny Marzetti Casserole: Egg Noodles with a creamy cheese sauce and ground beef, onion and mushrooms. Delicious! | |
| Hot Chicken Salad: Chicken Breast, real mayonnaise, almonds, celery and cheddar cheese. Served best with fruit or a tossed salad. Very rich! | |
| Spaghetti Chicken Casserole: Pasta mixed together with broccoli, mushrooms, chicken and topped with cheddar cheese. | |
| Dinner Rolls: Snowflake and Potato Rolls are available with butter pats. We also offer sliced Italian bread at an additional cost. (Italian bread, Ciabatta bread is dry and dense) | |
| Baked Spaghetti Casserole: Bacon, Ground Beef, Anna Mario's Pasta Sauce, mushrooms and cheese make this a wonderful new casserole addition to Mario's. | |

| Chicken Nuggets: We send 8 chicken nuggets per person with either BBQ or Honey Mustard sauce for dipping. They are made with all breast meat. | |
| Quarter Pound Hot Dogs: (all beef) These dogs are delicious. We send with all the condiments and buns. One dog will fill you up! Great with baked beans and cole slaw! | |
| Company Chicken: This is one of our favorites. We marinate 5 oz. boneless and skinless chicken breasts overnight in sour cream and seasonings. Then we lightly bread them and drizzle lightly with butter and bake. Absolutely fabulous!! | |
| Chicken Parmesan: We saute a 5 oz. boneless skinless breast in olive oil, then top with our Heart Healthy pasta sauce and a slice of melted mozzarella cheese. We place atop a bed of pasta with red sauce. | |
| "Old-Fashioned" Sloppy Joes: Our sloppy joes are lightly seasoned and sent with a plain hamburger bun. Can be served with our home-made Kaiser. Sliced cheese would be a great addition. | |
| Hot Ham & Cheese Subs: Hot subs don't travel well ... so we decided to send the warmed Virginia Baked Ham separately and you can assemble your own! We will send medium sub buns and sliced Swiss Cheese for them. | |
| Taco Bar : We send 2 1/2 taco shells per person. This lunch or dinner comes with refried beans, tortilla chips and Spanish rice and all the fixins' for your tacos. | |
| Baked Chicken Breasts & Wild Rice: We use a boneless, skinless 5 oz. breast. We season and bake, then to preserve moisture, place upon a bed of wild rice blend. Great with Green Beans Almondine and a dinner roll. | |
| Chili: Home-made chili that is not too spicy. Can be served with white rice, shredded cheddar cheese and diced onions. | |
| Boneless Pork Tenderloin: Pork loin that is seasoned and baked. We slice it to a medium thickness. Great with au gratin potatoes or wild rice. | |
| Roast Beef & Gravy: Thick sliced sirloin tip roast beef. | |
| Roast Turkey Breast : We use an all breast product. Served with a light chicken gravy. | |
| Baked Virginia Ham: Dinner slices of ham that can be sent with or without a glaze. | |
| Beef Burgundy: Can be served with either egg noodles or white rice. We use sirloin tip roas burgundy wine with fresh mushrooms and onion in a rich beef gravy. | |
| Baked Chicken Quarters: We season and bake our chicken quarters. They are absolutely delicious! We send 1/2 white meat quarters and 1/2 dark meat quarters. | |
| Turkey Tetrazzini: HWide egg noodles with chunks of turkey breast, peas and a creamy mushroom sauce. | |
| Macaroni & Cheese: Elbow macaroni with a creamy cheese sauce. A great Lenten lunch. | |
| Tuna Casserole: Tuna and a creamy mushroom sauce with peas and egg noodles. Another great Lenten idea. | |
| Pizzas: We hand make our pizzas. Three people per pizza works great! | |
